Responsibilities. . Manage and oversee all litigation matters involving STELLA, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.. . Develop and implement litigation strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and outside counsel.. . Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts and provide legal opinions as necessary.. . Represent the company in court and at mediations, negotiating settlements and pursuing favorable outcomes.. . Monitor and analyze legal risks associated with business operations and provide proactive advice to mitigate these risks.. . Stay updated on relevant legal developments, industry standards, and emerging litigation trends that may impact the company.. . Train and mentor junior legal staff on litigation practices and company policies.. . . Jurisdictions required: J.D. from an accredited law school with admission to practice in relevant states.. . Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in-house or with a law firm.. . Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and procedures.. . Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts.. . Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.. .
