Accountabilities:. ·         Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring program services and operational performance meet expectations.. ·         Lead program development and implementation, coordinating milestones, work plans, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.. ·         Oversee contractual agreements, storage, and adherence to policies, procedures, and business rules documents.. ·         Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and client-facing presentations.. ·         Identify operational improvements and recommend efficiency-enhancing solutions.. ·         Respond to, resolve, and escalate issues promptly while ensuring clear communication across teams.. ·         Lead and support strategic meetings, summits, and partnership engagements with pharma partners.. . ·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare, or related field; advanced degree preferred.. ·         5–7 years of experience in a healthcare-related field.. ·         Minimum of 4 years’ experience in account management within healthcare.. ·         Experience working with third-party vendors, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance.. ·         Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion, achieving milestones and deliverables.. ·         Experience preparing and presenting QBRs and other client-facing reports.. ·         Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.. ·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.. .
