You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, clinical, and care delivery to understand user needs, identify opportunities for innovation, and implement solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Lead the development and enhancement of member and care team experiences, ensuring products are intuitive, engaging, and personalized.. . Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and measurable milestones aligned with business and clinical goals.. . Collaborate with engineering, design, UX research, and clinical teams to prioritize and manage product backlogs.. . Conduct user research, analyze data, and run experiments to continuously refine and validate product decisions.. . Strong understanding of AI/ML integration in product personalization and user engagement.. . Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with technical fluency.. .
