Source and attract candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking.. . Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.. . Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.. . Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system.. . Communicate effectively with candidates in Dutch, guiding them through the recruitment process.. . Collaborate with the recruitment team to discuss candidate pipelines and strategies for talent acquisition.. . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.. No prior recruitment experience is required; we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow.. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse candidates.. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.. Basic understanding of social media and online recruiting tools is a plus.. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills..
