Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, Dental Receptionist, or Medical/Healthcare Receptionist. Willingness to learn and use Eaglesoft. Experience with VoIP systems (Verizon VoIP or similar experience helpful, but not required). Preferred Experience. Prior dental office experience. Experience with dental insurance verification and claims processing. Familiarity with Eaglesoft is a plus (training provided if needed). Basic requirements. Must be proficient in speaking and writing English and Spanish very clearly. Must have relevant work experience.
