Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the social media industry.. . Assist customers with inquiries related to social media platforms, including troubleshooting and account management.. . Respond promptly to customer queries via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.. . Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.. . Gather customer feedback to improve services and enhance the overall customer experience.. . Collaborate with team members to share best practices and solutions to common customer challenges.. . . Fluent in German (spoken and written) and proficient in English.. .
