Senior Account Strategist at VirtueStaff. VirtueStaff is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Senior Account Strategist to lead strategic growth for high value B2B clients. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, focusing on the "why" and "what" behind client success by identifying growth opportunities, diagnosing challenges, and designing long-term roadmaps. You will bridge the gap between high-level business objectives and actionable marketing plans, partnering with internal teams to ensure strategies are executed effectively to drive measurable growth and ROI.. Responsibilities. Develop and lead comprehensive, long-term marketing strategies and growth roadmaps for high-value clients. Analyze performance data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to generate actionable insights. Proactively identify opportunities for expansion, optimization, and innovation across client accounts. Serve as a senior strategic advisor, guiding clients through complex marketing decisions. Translate strategic recommendations into clear plans for internal teams to execute. Present high-level performance reviews, strategic outlooks, and recommendations to client stakeholders. Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities. Evaluate campaign effectiveness, attribution models, and ROI to inform future initiatives. Establish and refine strategic frameworks and best practices across the organization. Support new business efforts by contributing strategic insights and proposals when needed. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of strategic talent. Extensive experience developing and executing high-level marketing strategies for B2B or enterprise-level clients. A varied breadth of digital marketing experience across multiple channels, with a strong background in paid media, SEO, analytics, and marketing technology platforms. Proven account management and sales skills, including experience contributing to business development and client retention initiatives. Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets and translate insights into business strategy, specifically using Google Analytics, attribution modeling, and performance forecasting. A professional background in consulting or strategic advisory roles. Strong client-facing presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders. Exceptional critical-thinking skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt strategies in real time to meet evolving client needs. Highly organized and self-directed, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools to manage multiple strategic initiatives. Company Location: Mexico.
