Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients in the Oil & Gas sector.. . Assist with inquiries regarding energy products, service options, and industry regulations.. . Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely solutions.. . Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.. . Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.. . .
