Responsibilities. . Identify and assess customers’ needs. . Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools. . Meet personal/customer service team targets. . Keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints. . Communicate promptly, professionally and effectively with customers, utilizing all communication methods – including email, phone and webchat. . Ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet defined departmental service level targets. . Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and share with the Product teams. . . Native or near native Spanish speaker. . B2-level English. . Passion for customer support, competitive and a risk-taker. . At least a high school diploma or completed vocational training. . Previous experience on customer sector will be considered positively. . Company Location: Serbia.
