Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software automation engineers, aligning team goals with organizational objectives.. . Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of automated testing scripts and deployment pipelines.. . Drive process improvement within the team, including automation frameworks, documentation, and workflows.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, ensure system reliability, and deliver high-quality software.. . Define, track, and measure team performance metrics and automation goals.. . Partner with leadership and other departments to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and effective communication.. . Ensure compliance with relevant software standards and organizational policies.. . Manage work assignments, review outputs, and report status effectively to stakeholders.. . . Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.. . 5+ years of experience in software testing, automation, or development, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.. . Strong technical expertise with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent.. . Proficiency in web technologies (C#/.NET, JavaScript) and relational databases.. . Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automated deployment processes.. . Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.. . Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a technical team.. .
