Provide recommendations on flight routes, fares, bookings, and travel services. . Manage trip budgets, oversee travel expense processes, and generate reports. . Advise contractors on travel documents, insurance, and regulations. . Cooperate with the financial team to monitor and reconcile travel expenses. . Verify rates for best fares, corporate discounts, and preferred rates. . Conduct research on accommodation, flights, and additional travel services. . Implement the latest booking tools and contribute to internal process improvement . . Assist with visa applications for contractors and clients (US, UK, Brazil, ESTA, etc.). . πΎ .
