These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level professionals with a strong background across manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, engineering, logistics, or quality functions, and offer a clear pathway toward senior leadership and management roles.. Successful candidates will play a key role in optimising production and supply chain processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality and health & safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across end-to-end operations.. Key Responsibilities. Successful candidates will be responsible for:. Overseeing and supporting manufacturing, production, and supply chain operations . Managing production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and materials flow . Optimising workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, cost control, and service levels . Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams . Implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives . Ensuring compliance with Dutch labour legislation, EU directives, and ISO quality and safety standards . Monitoring KPIs related to production output, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, quality, and cost performance . Supporting supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation . Leading, mentoring, and supporting teams, supervisors, planners, and engineers . Identifying operational risks and implementing corrective and preventative actions . Contributing to strategic planning, capacity planning, and long-term operational improvements. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline . 5–10+ years of experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations . Experience in one or more of the following areas: . Manufacturing or Production Management . Supply Chain Management or Planning . Procurement or Strategic Sourcing . Logistics, Warehousing, or Distribution Operations . Manufacturing, Industrial, or Process Engineering . Quality Engineering or Quality Management . Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations within the Netherlands or EU . Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies . Experience using ERP, MRP, WMS, or MES systems . Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills . Ability to work effectively in multicultural, matrix-structured environments . Experience in regulated or high-volume manufacturing environments is advantageous . Professional proficiency in . English. is required; . Dutch language skills. are beneficial.
