Science Project Manager & Grant Writer (Part-Time / Flexible) at Joint Academy. This is a . part-time, flexible position. Grant sourcing & applications. . . . Identify national, EU, and global research grants and funding opportunities. . . Write and submit competitive grant applications in collaboration with our scientific and clinical teams. . . Manage reporting requirements and compliance post-award. . . . . . Clinical study support & administration. . . . Support setup, documentation, and coordination of clinical trials and research collaborations. . . Act as the liaison between our internal teams, academic partners, and corporate collaborators. . . Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines across multiple projects. . . . . . . Science project management. . . . Coordinate joint projects with universities and life science companies. . . Oversee research-related documentation, IRB/ethics submissions, and data collection workflows. . . Ensure efficiency and compliance while enabling scientific excellence. . . . . . Innovation & efficiency. . . . Use . modern AI tools. (literature review, drafting, project management, grant monitoring) to maximize productivity. . . Continuously improve internal processes around research and funding.. . . . PhD (or equivalent research background) in health sciences, life sciences, biomedical engineering, digital health, or related field. . . Proven experience in . grant writing. with a track record of successful applications (EU Horizon, NIH, national agencies, foundations). . . Strong . scientific writing and communication skills. in English. . . Experience with . clinical research administration. (protocols, ethics submissions, reporting). . . Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. . . Ability to build and maintain relationships with academics, clinicians, and corporate partners. . .
