Lead, coach, and mentor multi-state Operations Managers . Ensure operational excellence, including client satisfaction, service fulfillment, and technician engagement . Oversee complex client escalations and service disruptions with a family-centered approach . Partner with leadership to scale operations, standardize workflows, and drive continuous improvement . Track performance metrics, identify risks, and implement solutions that make a real impact. What We’re Looking For:. 5+ years in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or multi-site operations . 3+ years leading managers or senior teams . Strong coaching and performance management skills . Experience with clinic-based and/or home-based care . Comfortable with EMRs, scheduling systems, and Salesforce (preferred) . Bachelor’s degree preferred (advanced degree a plus).
