Senior Finance Analyst. to play a key role in shaping our financial strategy and driving smart, data-backed decisions to join our team. In this . full-time remote. role, you’ll lead monthly financial reporting and analysis, maintain and improve our demand forecast, support annual budgeting, and enhance our financial models and tools. You’ll work cross-functionally to provide insights that directly impact company performance and help us stay ahead in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The Senior Finance Analyst, reporting to the Vice President of Finance, responsibilities will include: . . Conduct monthly analysis of the Company’s financial results, by collaborating with managers/department leads in identifying trends and areas for corrective action.. . Create and maintain dashboards to help communicate where the Company is on versus off track in achieving its financial targets.. . Prepare detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.. . Assist VP of Finance with demand planning activities, ensuring the Company’s financial model and sales & production planning model reflects the most current forecasted demand levels.. . Leverage the Company’s ERP (NetSuite) and other financial tools/systems (ex: Vena) to streamline and build efficiencies into our financial review and reporting processes.. . Evaluate financial implications of business decisions and provide recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.. . Interact cross-functionally to provide ad hoc reporting & analysis support to departments as needed.. . What will make you successful in this role:. . Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or CPA/CFA a plus. . 3–4 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within the food or CPG industry. . Proficient in financial reporting, modeling, budgeting, and interpreting financial statements. . Skilled in Excel, ERP systems, and financial planning tools (NetSuite and Vena experience preferred). . Strong analytical thinker with attention to detail and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. . Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities. . Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. . Familiarity with cost accounting and manufacturing processes is a plus. . Company Location: United States.
