Affiliate Partnerships Manager at GoMining. We are looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to scale GoMining’s revenue through high-performing referral and affiliate partners.. This role focuses on attracting, onboarding, and growing partners who can consistently bring paying users. You will experiment with different acquisition approaches — from direct outreach to agencies and affiliate networks — and scale what works.. Responsibilities. Identify and test acquisition channels for affiliate and referral partners (bloggers, KOLs, communities, agencies, platforms).. Find, approach, and onboard new partners into the GoMining referral program.. Work directly with affiliate agencies, influencer platforms, and partner aggregators.. Guide partners to their first conversions and revenue, helping them understand how to promote the product effectively.. Test and validate acquisition hypotheses (partner types, geos, offers, messaging).. Maintain a structured CRM pipeline (ideally Monday CRM): leads, stages, communication, results.. Collect and analyze feedback from partners (both successful and unsuccessful) to improve acquisition strategy.. Collaborate with account managers, product, marketing, and analytics teams to scale revenue from the channel.. Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, sales, or business development.. Proven experience working with affiliates, agencies, or performance partners.. Strong communication and negotiation skills.. Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Monday CRM is a strong plus).. Understanding of performance marketing, creator economy, and digital acquisition channels.. Experience in crypto, fintech, or web3 is a plus, but not required.. English level B2+ (daily communication with international partners).. Company Location: Poland.
