As Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing, globally distributed engineering team focused on delivering impactful software solutions. This fully remote role offers a strategic opportunity to drive engineering excellence, build scalable systems, and enhance product performance and quality. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Quality teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Lead and grow a globally distributed engineering team, fostering a positive and productive culture.. . Own the execution and delivery of engineering commitments across product stages.. . Define and track key Engineering KPIs and implement strategies to enhance team performance.. . Drive process improvements and ensure operational excellence in daily engineering workflows.. . Provide regular, constructive feedback and mentorship through 1:1s and performance reviews.. . Collaborate effectively across Product, UX, and QA to ensure cohesive planning and execution.. . Contribute to product quality, security, and performance through hands-on technical leadership.. . Participate in on-call incident management rotation to maintain platform reliability.. . Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (Master’s preferred).. . Minimum of 8 years’ experience in software engineering, with proven leadership experience.. . Deep understanding of computer science principles and software development best practices.. . Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.. . Ability to lead and mentor diverse teams while driving measurable impact.. . Experience with Workforce Management or Scheduling Optimization is a strong plus.. .
