You will work closely with Project Managers, Front-end and Back-end Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of our systems and services.. You will be responsible for identifying issues related to business and technical requirements, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our delivery and operational processes.. What you will need to do. Review business requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to ensure adherence to quality standards. Debug automated tests and collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement corrective actions. Identify, document, and track bugs throughout their lifecycle. Perform MongoDB queries to support reporting and validation of data-driven features. Contribute to the maintenance and monitoring of active releases. Participate in internal meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve quality, processes, and tools. Work within an Atlassian Jira Agile development lifecycle. University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 1 year of professional experience in any database, prioritizing NoSQL, especially MongoDB. Basic knowledge of Linux CLI. Experience with Git/GitLab or similar version-control systems. Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset.
