
Fitness Development Sales Representative at Celsius. As a Fitness Development Representative, you will seek out, sell, and cultivate new business opportunities within the Fitness/Specialty Channel for CELSIUS, while strengthening and amplifying existing partnerships. You will play a key role in expanding assigned business by collaborating with CELSIUS Distributor and Retailer Partners. This position involves actively participating in local and regional fitness field sales strategies, planning, and executing key initiatives. You will visit 10–15 stores or gyms daily, providing real-time feedback, identifying opportunities, sharing results, and offering strategic direction using CELSIUS' Field Sales platform. Success in this role requires being a self-starter, competitive by nature, and driven to achieve individual goals while contributing to the team’s success and collective wins.. . Within assigned market, execute the Celsius Inc. sales plan through the attainment of shelf distribution, cold box placement, promotional execution, displays and the placement of brand collateral at retail.. . Secure new outlet availability by influencing distributors through route rides, crew drives and local/ regional key account calls as required.. . Provide ongoing communication on sales, marketing and executional opportunities with assigned Distributor Partners.. . Assist District and/or Regional Sales Manager with bill backs and other duties as assigned.. . Participate in weekly recap and planning calls outlining objectives, results, barriers and opportunities.. . Ability to travel within the assigned territory including overnight travel.. . 60% Travel is located outside of local market . . Must be able (with or without accommodation) of bending and lifting to set up displays, adjust shelves during resets, move product, etc.. . Qualifications. .
