Build, maintain, and own backend services and RESTful APIs end-to-end using NodeJS and TypeScript.. Ensure high code quality, performance, and reliability by following best practices in software engineering.. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver impactful features.. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to uphold engineering standards.. Optimize database schemas, queries, and caching strategies for performance and scalability.. Minimum 2 years of backend engineering experience, ideally in a product-based company.. Strong hands-on experience with NodeJS and TypeScript..
