Serve as the program’s primary spokesperson, representing it across internal and external stakeholders.. . Own the overall program timeline, ensuring dependencies are clearly understood and regulatory requirements are met.. . Lead cross-functional discussions to proactively address risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.. . Partner with functional leads to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.. . Escalate critical program issues impacting cost or timelines and propose data-driven solutions to the executive team.. . Collaborate with leadership to assign the right subject-matter experts to project needs, set clear goals, and measure performance.. . Coach and guide teams to break down silos, foster collaboration, and align program strategy with broader organizational initiatives.. . Create and deliver presentations, dashboards, and communications tailored to general, technical, and executive audiences.. . . Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or health-related field (advanced degree is a plus but not required).. . PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.. . 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.. . Strong understanding of discovery, preclinical development, clinical trials, CMC, and commercialization processes.. .
