Pull weekly and monthly revenue figures from internal dashboards and client portals. . Compile vendor invoices and bank‑statement data to produce concise weekly and monthly P&Ls. . Summarise client ad‑campaign revenue (retainers, flat fees) and newsletter CPA/CPL/CPC performance.. . Track usage against annual volume‑based agreements and highlight variances early.. . Improve templates and SOPs so reporting stays accurate even when the pace picks up.. . Note: This is a management‑accounting role—no statutory or tax filings required. Requirements 📋. . Proven experience creating internal revenue/cost or P&L reports, ideally for a digital‑media, SaaS, or e‑commerce business. . Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups; basic SQL a plus). . Eagle‑eye accuracy and a knack for spotting anomalies. . . 2–4 hours per week. availability (peaks up to 4 h during busier periods). .
