Respond to user inquiries about social media platforms, features, and functionalities via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.. . Provide guidance on account management, privacy settings, and content support.. . Assist users in troubleshooting issues related to their accounts and platform performance.. . Document user interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.. . Collaborate with technical teams to ensure rapid resolution of user issues.. . Stay updated on social media trends, policies, and platform changes to provide informed support.. . . Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.. .
