HOURS: Full Time Monday to Friday .  . ABOUT:. Joining a global business, you will support an existing pan-European team in delivering trade compliance for a large-scale manufacturing business. You will engage and influence a range of stakeholders, ensuring the delivering of operational excellence in this function, as well as identifying opportunities for process improvements. . RESPONSIBILITIES:. ·        Resolve Complex Customs Compliance Issues. ·        Analyze and resolve customs compliance challenges, providing practical and compliant solutions to management and business partners.. ·        Expertise in Tariff Code Classification & Export Controls. ·        Ensure accurate classification and compliance with country of origin determination and export controls.. ·        Project Participation & Audits. ·        Contribute to Global Trade Compliance projects and lead or support audits to ensure regulatory compliance.. ·        Compliance Inquiries: Respond to queries from internal teams, import/export agents, and customs brokers across various regions.. ·        Data Analysis & Recovery Claims: Gather and analyze data for the submission of recovery claims related to customs compliance.. ·        Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions on global trade compliance topics to ensure best practices across the organization.. ABOUT YOU:. ·        Experience in customs compliance, with a focus on tariff classification, export controls, and country of origin determination.. ·        Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP and Global Trade Management systems.. ·        Proven ability to navigate customs regulations and resolve complex compliance issues.. ·        Ability to work in a multinational company with a remote, cross-functional team..
