Board of Directors - Human Resources (European Region) at HR Force International. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic . HR leader.  to join our . Board of Directors.  as a member of the . Human Resources Committee. , The selected individual will provide independent oversight and strategic guidance on people governance, leadership development, compensation, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness at a board level. This role requires strong board-level judgment, strategic insight, and the ability to advise senior leadership on complex people and organizational matters. . Responsibilities. Provide . strategic oversight and guidance. on HR governance, policies, and organizational structure. . Support and review . talent management, leadership development, and succession planning. frameworks. . Oversee . executive compensation, performance management, and incentive structures. in alignment with business objectives. . Ensure compliance with . European labor laws, employment regulations, and governance standards. . . Advise the Board on . culture, workforce planning, diversity & inclusion, and organizational development. . . Actively participate in . Human Resources Committee and Board meetings. , contributing to long-term people strategy decisions. . Provide . independent judgment. on HR-related risks, ethics, and workforce sustainability. . Offer . strategic guidance on talent acquisition and board composition. aligned with organizational goals. . Advise on . regional operations and jurisdiction selection. to optimize hiring and business efficiency. . Recommend and implement . hiring strategies and operational shifts. to support growth and scalability. .
