FP Markets is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our company in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, a proven track record of acquiring and managing clients or partners (such as IBs and affiliates), and a deep understanding of the retail and/or institutional trading landscape.. Key Responsibilities:. . Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners particularly in Mexico.. . Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships.. . Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company goals.. . Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates.. . Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry.. . Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are aligned and compliant.. . Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director.. . Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars.. . . Candidate Profile:. . 3–5+ years of experience in a business development or sales role within the Forex / CFDs or financial trading industry.. . Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients.. . Solid understanding of MT4/MT5,cTrader and TradingView platforms, and the structure of brokerage services.. . Native Spanish and fluent in English.. . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.. . Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a remote environment.. . Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.. . . Will be considered a plus:. . Experience expanding into emerging markets (e.g., LATAM). . Familiarity with affiliate platforms or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Cellxpert, Zendesk). .
