We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Director of People and Culture to lead and shape a global people strategy that supports growth, engagement, and impact. In this role, you will drive initiatives to attract, retain, and develop outstanding talent, while fostering a values-driven, high-performance culture across multiple countries. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure policies, frameworks, and programs empower employees and volunteers alike. This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and the ability to influence across all levels of a multicultural organization. Travel may be required to support global operations, providing hands-on guidance and insight into local teams.. . Accountabilities:. . Lead and evolve the global People and Culture strategy to align with organizational objectives and growth ambitions.. . Inspire and develop leaders at all levels, creating a high-performance and engaged workforce.. . Oversee the People & Culture team, including learning & development, HR services, business partnering, and recruitment.. . Develop and implement global policies and frameworks ensuring fairness, compliance, and safe working environments.. . Drive initiatives in organizational design, inclusion, diversity, and cultural transformation.. . Design and deliver change programs that enhance performance, collaboration, and ways of working.. . Optimize volunteer engagement to build capability, provide strategic insights, and support key projects.. . . Significant senior-level experience in strategic people leadership within complex, multicultural organizations.. . Proven track record in creating high-engagement workplaces and strong employer brands.. . Expertise in key HR functions, including business partnering, people services, organizational development, global reward, learning & development, EDI, and cultural transformation.. . Strong influencing skills with the ability to inspire and guide stakeholders from grassroots teams to executive boards.. . Cultural sensitivity and pragmatic, solution-focused approach to leadership.. . Alignment with organizational mission and values, with a commitment to safeguarding and ethical stewardship.. .
