We are currently looking for a Payments Compliance ITM Analyst in the United States.. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring regulatory compliance across payment operations and fintech partner programs. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to monitor, review, and implement compliance controls that support the bank’s day-to-day operations. The position requires a strong understanding of federal and state banking regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across business lines to deliver effective, scalable compliance solutions. As a Payments Compliance ITM Analyst, you will:. . Assist in delivering the Compliance Management System (CMS) with a focus on payments, lending, deposit, and operational activities.. . Partner with business units and fintech partners to ensure accurate implementation of controls and processes to meet regulatory requirements.. . Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state regulations, including Reg E, NACHA, TILA, ECOA, FCRA, SCRA/MLA, Reg CC, TISA, and other consumer protection laws.. . Conduct interviews, meetings, and reviews to assess compliance program effectiveness and recommend improvements.. . Monitor partner controls and key risk indicators, identify gaps, and support remediation efforts.. . Perform transaction and account-level testing for adherence to compliance requirements.. . Support regulatory exams, external audits, and internal compliance initiatives.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . Minimum 5+ years of experience in banking or compliance-related roles.. . Strong knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations relevant to payments and consumer banking.. .
