Key Responsibilities. . Provide top-notch technical support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.. . Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT-related issues, including software, hardware, and network problems.. . Educate customers about product features and best practices to enhance their usage.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.. . Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.. .
