We are now seeking an experienced Contracts & Compliance Manager to join our legal team and play a key role in supporting our continued growth.. The Role. Reporting to the General Counsel & Company Secretary, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, managing contractual arrangements while strengthening our compliance and governance framework.. This is a high-impact role where you will balance legal risk, commercial objectives, and operational priorities across a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment.. Key Responsibilities:. Contract Management. Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal. Develop and maintain standard contract templates and clauses. Advise stakeholders on contractual risks, obligations, and commercial implications. Monitor contract performance, milestones, and compliance. Drive improvements in contract management processes and systems. Work with frameworks such as UK DEFCONs and US FAR/DFARS (desirable) . Compliance & Governance. Monitor and interpret regulatory and legal developments. Conduct compliance risk assessments, audits, and gap analyses. Support policy development and implementation. Deliver training and guidance on compliance matters. Assist with investigations and incident management. Export Control. Support compliance with UK, EU, and US export control and sanctions regimes (desirable) . About You. You are a commercially minded professional with strong legal or compliance expertise and the ability to work confidently across multiple stakeholders. We would like you to have a legal or relevant professional qualification, good judgement and be a confident decision-maker. . You will bring:. Significant experience in contracts management and/or compliance. Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory frameworks. Legal or relevant professional qualification. Experience in a technology or regulated industry environment. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail. Desirable:. Experience with defence or government contracting frameworks. Knowledge of export controls.
