As a Staff Security Engineer specializing in Privileged Access Management, you will play a key role in securing and optimizing critical access systems across the organization. You will lead global PAM engineering projects, design and implement robust security processes, and collaborate closely with security, IT, and infrastructure teams. This position requires both technical depth and strategic insight, allowing you to shape security architecture, improve operational efficiency, and mentor other engineers. Your work will directly influence the organization’s ability to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance while driving measurable improvements in security operations.. Accountabilities:. ·         Serve as a subject-matter expert and thought leader for Privileged Access Management across the organization.. ·         Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of PAM tools and processes, ensuring security, efficiency, and compliance.. ·         Manage global PAM security engineering projects, including tool evaluations, deployments, and mentoring team members.. ·         Collaborate with Security Operations, Cyber Risk, IT, and network teams to identify best-in-class solutions and develop runbooks.. ·         Support enterprise cybersecurity initiatives such as tabletop exercises, forensics, and investigations.. ·         Partner with executives to explain PAM concepts and present initiatives, ensuring alignment across technical and business stakeholders.. ·         Measure, report, and improve PAM processes using metrics, automation, and operational best practices.. ·         8+ years of relevant security engineering experience and 10+ years of IT experience.. ·         Deep expertise with IAM/PAM solutions such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, or similar.. ·         Strong understanding of security architecture, engineering principles, and MITRE TTPs.. ·         Proven ability to automate security processes and measure PAM operational effectiveness.. ·         Experience managing approved software via PAM solutions and operating tools across endpoints, servers, and cloud environments.. ·         Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with international security and application teams.. ·         Preferred: CISSP or equivalent certification; experience with security operations and threat intelligence..
