This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Dutch and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences in the energy sector. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries, ensuring smooth communication and efficient problem-solving.. Key Responsibilities. . Provide outstanding customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat from a remote location.. . Assist customers with inquiries related to energy services, billing, and account management.. . Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.. . Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.. . Stay informed about Eneco’s products, services, and industry developments.. . . Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.. . Experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or utility sector, is advantageous.. .
