Professional English Communication. : Craft flawless, native-level written responses and maintain a consistent, professional tone in all interactions. . . Excel File Management. : Organize, clean, and manage data using tools like . VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP. , and . Pivot Tables. . . . Lead Generation. : Support and maintain outreach processes using tools like . Apollo.io. and other lead gen platforms. . . Email Marketing Support. : Assist in preparing campaign lists, sending test emails, and managing flows in platforms like . Mailchimp. or . Klaviyo. . . .
