This role offers a dynamic opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts in a fast-paced, cloud-focused environment. You will act as a trusted partner, guiding customers through their journey from onboarding to expansion, ensuring they derive maximum value from their solutions. Working remotely across Latin America, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leverage data-driven insights, and provide hands-on support to enhance adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention. The position emphasizes problem-solving, relationship-building, and operational excellence, making a tangible impact on both customers and business growth.. Accountabilities. . Own a portfolio of customer accounts, driving value realization through onboarding, adoption, and renewal phases.. . Conduct one-to-many training sessions and office hours to educate customers on platform usage and best practices.. . Leverage customer insights and analytics to assess sentiment, identify growth opportunities, and inform account planning.. . Collaborate with Account Management and leadership to mitigate risks, manage escalations, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.. . Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product, engineering, and other internal teams.. . Maintain deep product knowledge to advise customers on optimizing their solutions and achieving measurable results.. . . 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment.. . Strong technical aptitude and interest in automation and AI-driven tools.. . Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and effective time management.. . Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal teams.. . Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in both customer-facing and internal scenarios.. . Self-motivated, accountable, and organized, with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset.. . Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.. . Bonus Skills:. .
