We’re seeking a creative and high-output Audience Marketing & Activation Lead to spearhead our efforts in transforming our audience from readers and clickers into buyers of products and attendees of experiences that are a part of the Super Age world. This is a keystone role, which will require close coordination with each of our teams: editorial, audience development, email, data, partnerships, and e-commerce.. In this role you will:. Support the work of surfacing, selecting, finalizing, and positioning offerings in the world of Super Age.. Develop specific campaigns to market these offerings (products & experiences) to our audience.. Work with our partners to help them effectively market and promote our collabs and joint offerings to their audiences.. Help coordinate the editorial and e-commerce functions to support our readers' journeys with longevity, which is a source of proprietary IP for Super Age.. Work closely with all of our teams to drive engagement and increase revenues across multiple business lines.. You will be the key coordinator, choreographer, and project manager for a continual flow of cross-functional projects and initiatives.. Qualifications and Skills:. Proven experience in audience development, marketing, or community engagement, ideally within lifestyle, wellness, or media sectors; experience working with audiences over 1 million. . Bonus points for experience in luxury or aspirational products & services.. Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.. Demonstrated success in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance audience loyalty and engagement.. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to effectively connect with our audience across various platforms.. Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems to manage campaigns, gather insights, and optimize strategies.. A creative mindset with a passion for discovering new ways to engage communities and elevate brand visibility.. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, flexible environment while maintaining a sense of accountability and ownership.. Familiarity with social media trends and best practices in audience engagement..
