We are currently looking for an Event & Webinar Coordinator in the United States.. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an organized and creative professional to lead the coordination and execution of both in-person and virtual events and webinars. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless experiences that engage staff and clients alike. The position also involves supporting marketing efforts by managing social media channels, making it a dynamic role suited for a detail-oriented multitasker. Coordinate logistics for multi-day in-person events and numerous internal and external webinars, ensuring smooth execution.. . Research, recommend, and liaise with vendors based on creativity, quality, and budget considerations.. . Develop event content and collaborate with graphic designers to produce marketing materials.. . Manage continuing education (CE) processes, including documentation, pre-approvals, and certificate distribution.. . Oversee day-to-day event administration such as order placements, travel planning, RSVP tracking, and issue resolution.. . Master webinar platforms (e.g., GoToWebinar) and serve as master of ceremony for client webinars.. . Upload webinar recordings to learning management systems and promote events through social media and internal channels.. . Maintain and update procedural documentation and assist in training backups.. . Communicate clearly with presenters, internal teams, and clients to ensure alignment and successful event delivery.. . Perform other related duties as assigned.. . . College degree in marketing, business, communications, hospitality management, public relations, or related field.. . Minimum 2 years experience in event planning or coordination within a corporate setting.. . Proven success in organizing creative and engaging events.. . Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, GoToWebinar, LinkedIn, and Canva.. . Eagerness to learn new software, social media tools, and digital marketing strategies.. .
