This role sits at the intersection of innovation, enterprise systems, and intelligent automation. You'll lead the design, development, and integration of AI-enabled solutions across our Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 (CRM and F&O), SharePoint, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Office 365. You'll also support the development of both internal tools and external customer solutions, collaborating closely with strategic AI partners.. You'll lead the design and implementation of AI-powered assistants, integrating large language models (LLMs) and generative AI into enterprise platforms to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency. This means architecting and implementing solutions that seamlessly bridge Dynamics CRM, F&O, SharePoint, and custom applications, ensuring interoperability through APIs and data pipelines. You'll provide expert technical guidance to internal teams and partners, translating high-level requirements into deployable solutions, and offering strategic oversight for enterprise initiatives. Additionally, you'll evaluate and collaborate with AI partners to identify opportunities for commercializing successful internal solutions. .
