Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients in the hospitality and tourism industry.. . Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone, email, or chat channels.. . Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and changes to their itineraries.. . Provide detailed information about services, attractions, and travel-related queries.. . Maintain a polite and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.. . Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.. . . Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Icelandic).. . Strong command of English for communication.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality or tourism sector.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.. . Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to customer service and bookings.. .
