Client communication: You lead regular update calls, create reports, and serve as the strategic point of contact for clients. . . Frameworks & roadmaps: You create growth roadmaps, update internal frameworks, and support the onboarding of new clients. . . Controlling & analysis: You use standard attribution and controlling tools, analyze KPIs, and focus not just on clicks—but on real business impact.. . . At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads . . You independently manage accounts and campaigns . . You handle regular client calls confidently and present updates in internal team meetings . . You have a strategic mindset that goes beyond campaign performance to include net profit and business goals . . You collaborate closely with internal teams (tracking, creative) and ensure smooth workflows . . You are proactive and structured—you tackle tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and stay focused across multiple projects . .
