We’re growing fast and looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Recruiter & HR Operations specialist to help us find exceptional talent and deliver a seamless onboarding experience. . About the Role . In this hybrid role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting and support core HR operations while helping to shape our employer brand and long-term talent strategy. From sourcing candidates and issuing offers to onboarding new hires and building sustainable talent pipelines, you’ll be a critical part of our HR team and growth journey. . What You’ll Do . Draft and refine job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers to reflect current and future business needs . Source, screen, and schedule candidates while maintaining clear, professional, and timely communication . Issue verbal and written offers and manage DocuSign workflows for offer letters, NDAs, and employment status changes . Coordinate background checks and onboarding logistics using Paylocity and Sterling . Send welcome communications and host onboarding sessions covering benefits, PTO, policies, and our intranet . Maintain accurate PTO records and ensure time-off reporting is current in Employee Navigator . Distribute and monitor onboarding and 60-day check-in surveys to gather feedback and ensure a smooth transition . Provide real-time updates to hiring managers and document candidate outcomes in internal systems . Employer Branding & Pipeline Development . Create and share employee testimonials, “day in the life” videos, and content that highlights our team and culture across digital platforms . Represent Heritage Werks at industry events to build brand awareness and connect with potential candidates . Develop talent pipelines by building relationships with universities and formalizing internship programs . Cultivate ongoing relationships with passive talent and “HW Alumni” to support long-term recruiting needs . Maintain evergreen requisitions and proactively engage future candidates through informational interviews . Operational Support & Talent Programs . Build structured interview processes by creating role-specific scorecards for consistent evaluation . Assist in designing and managing programs such as employee referrals and employer brand ambassadors . Support broader HR operations, policies, and compliance documentation as part of a people-first employee experience . Competencies for Success . Attention to Detail . Accountability  . Adaptability . Listening . 5+ years of experience in recruiting and HR operations, including full-cycle hiring, onboarding, and compliance . Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills across multiple stakeholders and systems . Hands-on experience with tools like Workable, Paylocity, DocuSign, Sterling, and Employee Navigator . Proven ability to manage employer branding initiatives and build sustainable talent pipelines . Experience crafting structured interview processes and supporting HR program development . A solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for people-first practices and continuous improvement . Comfort operating in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environment with evolving needs . Company Location: United States.
