Provide accurate and timely customer support to patients, ensuring a positive service experience. . Assist with reporting, reconciliation, and documentation of billing activities. . . Minimum . 3 years of experience. in medical billing and customer service. . Radiology billing experience required. . Proficiency with . MergeRIS. ; familiarity with Imagine software is a plus. . Strong knowledge of patient billing, insurance claims, EOBs, and collections. . Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. .
