We are looking to hire a Data Architecture Lead to design, develop, and govern the organization’s end-to-end data ecosystem. This role will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how data is collected, integrated, stored, and accessed to enable digital transformation, AI/ML, and advanced analytics initiatives.. Define and execute the . enterprise data architecture strategy. aligned with overall business objectives. . . Establish data principles, frameworks, standards, and blueprints. for scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms (cloud/on-prem/hybrid). . . Partner with CIO/CTO and business leadership. to ensure data architecture enables digital transformation and analytics-driven decision-making. . . Design and maintain data models, data flows, and integration patterns. to support enterprise applications and analytics use cases. . . Oversee data platform modernization. initiatives, including data lake/data warehouse migration, cloud adoption, and data mesh/data fabric frameworks. . Collaborate with . engineering, analytics, and data governance teams. to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all data assets. . Define standards for . metadata management, lineage tracking, data quality, and master data management (MDM).. . Evaluate and recommend . emerging data technologies and architectural patterns. to support AI/ML and advanced analytics capabilities. . . Mentor and guide technical teams. in best practices for data architecture, modeling, and engineering.. Required Skills & Experience:. 10–15 years of experience in . data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise information management. . . Proven experience in . designing large-scale, cloud-based data platforms. (AWS, Azure, or GCP). . Strong understanding of . data modeling, ETL/ELT design, data lakes, data warehouses, and API/data integration.. . Hands-on expertise with . modern data tools and frameworks. (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, Airflow). . Experience enabling . AI/ML and advanced analytics initiatives. through robust data foundations. . Deep knowledge of . data governance, security, compliance, and metadata management frameworks.. . Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to . align technical strategy with business goals..
