Assist German-speaking customers during roadside emergencies, providing timely and effective support.. . Diagnose issues and coordinate immediate solutions, ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience.. . Maintain clear and friendly communication with clients while keeping them informed throughout the assistance process.. . Document all customer interactions and the solutions provided accurately.. .
