Job Summary. : The Field Support Manager will oversee and support the restaurant General Managers in executing the day-to-day operations of both corporate and franchise-owned restaurants within their assigned region. This role is crucial in ensuring that all locations meet the company's quality, service, and profitability standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational success. . Key Responsibilities: . Operational Oversight: Ensure all restaurants in the region adhere to company standards and policies through regular visits and virtual inspections. . Performance Management: Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. . Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to restaurant managers to enhance their performance and build their benches. . Compliance: Ensure all locations comply with health, safety, and labor regulations. . Franchise Relations: Support franchisees in achieving their business goals and maintaining brand standards. . Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability. .  . Travel Requirements: . The Field Operations Manager is required to visit each restaurant within their region 3 – 6 times per year, depending on performance, to ensure operational standards are met and to provide support to the restaurant managers. . It is estimated that this role should be 70% in field-related duties and 30% in office-related tasks. . Travel Expenses: All travel-related expenses, including transportation, accommodation, and meals, will be covered by the company in accordance with our travel policy. . Reporting Structure: . This role will report directly to the Vice President of Operations. . Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): . Sales Growth: Achieve targeted sales growth for the region. . Guest Experience: Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through online feedback and internal surveys. . Operational Excellence: Improve operational excellence metrics such as dessert sales, drink sales, and guests/labor hour. . Employee Retention: Achieve low employee turnover rates by fostering a positive work environment. . Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. . Profitability: Meet or exceed cost of labor, and COS targets for the region. . Qualifications: . Bachelor’s degree in business administration (desired but not required), Hospitality Management, or a related field. . Fluency in English required, proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish desired but not required. . Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a multi-unit role. . Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. . Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. . Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region. .  . Company Location: United States.
