Enter and update CRM data accurately and consistently . Clean and maintain records (duplicates, missing fields, outdated information) . Maintain contact, deal, and pipeline data . Ensure notes, activities, and deal stages are logged correctly . Assist with tagging, categorization, and basic CRM reporting as needed . Operational Support. Support brokers with administrative CRM-related tasks . Follow documented processes and SOPs for data entry and updates . Proactively flag inconsistencies, errors, or missing information . Coordinate with the team to ensure data accuracy and timely updates . Working Style. Structured and process-driven . Responsive and reliable during agreed working hours . Comfortable receiving feedback and following SOPs . Low-ego, high-accuracy mindset. 1 -2 years experience. Based in . Latin America. (preferred for time zone alignment) . Strong written English communication skills . Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized . Comfortable with repetitive, accuracy-driven tasks .
