Handle customer inquiries related to oil and gas products and services through phone, email, and chat in Polish.. . Provide information regarding service options, pricing, and regulatory compliance.. . Assist customers with account management and troubleshoot service-related issues.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference.. . Collaborate with technical teams to effectively resolve inquiries and enhance service delivery.. . Stay updated on product features and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.. . . Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.. . Experience in customer service, preferably in the energy, oil, or gas sector.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.. . Ability to manage sensitive inquiries with professionalism and discretion.. .
