We’re looking for a senior Account Director to lead customer lifecycle strategy across multiple client accounts.. This is a strategic leadership role. You should have experience working with large brands, know what great lifecycle marketing looks like, and be able to guide both planning and execution from end to end, on enterprise level builds.. What You’ll Do. Own retention strategy a range of high-growth DTC brands. Strategize, build and optimize full lifecycle systems. Lead client strategy calls and oversee all retention performance. Guide internal teams on execution and campaign production. Spot gaps, bring ideas, and push the work forward. What We’re Looking For. 5+ years in retention or lifecycle marketing. Real experience with larger or complex brands. Deep Klaviyo expertise, beyond the standard sets of plug-and-play flows. Experience with enterprise retention and marketing automations.
