Prepare timely and accurate sales quotes, both simple and complex, aligned with customer needs and company policies. . Acknowledge and process quotes and queries within designated SLAs. . Submit deal registrations within 2 hours of request. . Coordinate logistics, ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any related issues. . Provide proactive support to customers and sales team, including responding to enquiries and forwarding warm leads to account managers. . Support the Sales Director with order tracking, reporting, and open enquiry management. . Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system, including customer data, sales activities, recurring billing, and renewal opportunities. . Generate detailed renewal opportunities for expiring software or hardware orders, including potential revenue and profit data. . Continuously seek process improvements to streamline sales support operations. . Qualifications and Experience. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales support, administration, or logistics coordination role. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail. . Comfortable working with CRMs and sales tracking tools. . Able to meet tight deadlines and service level agreements. .
