Supports work request prioritization. . . . Bachelor's degree in IT or correlate areas. . Experience in handling analysis and testing in insurance platforms (Eg: GuideWire). . Experience with data organization and operational tracking using Excel. . Familiarity with AWS-native product functionality, such as Marcie. .
