Mentor team members on Tableau report standards, optimization, and debugging, conducting report reviews to ensure consistent quality.. . Provide guidance on coding standards, Python, and SQL best practices while performing code reviews and offering constructive feedback.. . Lead testing and quality assurance initiatives, implementing automated test coverage and rigorous validation protocols.. .
